For nearly thirty years Bryan has been involved in family-owned real estate, including managing, repairing, and remodeling numerous rental properties. Bryan brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to his inspections with additional past occupational experience including auto mechanics, retail sales, and most recently mold remediation. With over thirty years experience in various aspects of the real estate industry including construction, remodeling and home inspecting, George is a very well-rounded inspector.
After graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. In Psychology, Carsen climbed her way to a store manager position with Sunglass Hut, where she built and coached a team and helped customers find their confidence with a pair of shades. Matt had the lastest technology and took the time to show us what he was measuring and described in layman's terms what was revealed. He took extensive photographs, examined the home from stem to stern, and gave a detailed verbal summary at the end of the inspection. Matt indicated that the written report would be available within 24 hours of completion of the inspection and he delivered on that as well, sending a comprehensive report via email. I cannot overstate how impressed and pleased we are with services provided by this company and Matt Hawley.
Spent needed time to complete a quality inspection and discussed things with a good attitude and work ethic. I contacted them via their website email as well as calling and leaving a message on their machine. They did not respond at all and after multiple attempts I gave up and tried to find another inspector to perform the home inspection. Was really surprised because I researched them and they had good feedback and a nice website.
